A.    Celebrate the gifts and collaboration with Atlantic Union Conference (AUC) and Malawi Union Conference (MUC) via Malawi Adventist University (MAU) i.e., 4 containers of supplies and a bus. This includes maintenance professional development to assist the set-up of the library and general plant services.
B.    Launch the Give-Hope Project in conjunction with MAU & MUC
C.     Assist MAU and MUC in educational consultation including classes and workshops

Wisconsin Academy & Milwaukee SDA School
SPRING MISSION TRIP, March 15–24, 2023
This is an invitation to all students in grades 9–12 who are attending Wisconsin Conference of SDA schools to participate in a spring mission trip to Puerto Rico, USA from Wednesday, March 15 to Friday, March 24! Â
There is a $100 per person non-refundable deposit due on Wednesday, December 14, along with a written submission of the full legal travel name of each person planning to participate.
Interested students should be committed to full involvement in service projects, cooperating with trip sponsors, upholding principles of the Seventh-day Adventist Church, able to courteously engage with others in a kind and safe manner, and be willing and able to enjoy the adventure of world travel.
Those wishing to be involved should contact their school’s trip coordinator. Once recommended for participation by your school, additional information can be obtained from Mr. Alberto Torres at alberto@milwaukeesdaschool.org or Dr. Tim Erich at terich@milwaukeesdaschool.org. Dr. Erich can also be reached at (530) 515-4243 after school hours.
Preliminary cost is $1350 per person.
This includes:
Airfare from international airport, two meals a day, a bed to sleep on, group medical insurance through the North American Division of SDAs.
Participants should plan to bring:
Funds to cover one meal a day,
Money for souvenirs.
Travelers should also bring: A student I.D. card, a light sleeping bag or sheet & light blanket for sleeping, one change of nice clothes for church, interchangeable work and play clothes swimming suit, towel, basic toiletries, sandals that can get wet, small flashlight, any needed medication.
Adult sponsors should also bring a government issued passport, state driver’s license, or state I.D. card.Â
Participants are covered by liability insurance through the Wisconsin Conference of Seventh-day Adventists and class 1 short term travel insurance through Adventist Risk Management provides up to $140,000 in medical benefits.
Tentative Schedule (as of December 2, 2022):
March 15:       Flight from O’Hare International Airport in Chicago to San Juan, Puerto Rico.
March 15-24Â Â Current plans include:
·        Work to refurbish SDA Christian summer camp.
·        Stay most nights at that same camp.
·        Visit local cultural and historical sites or areas of interest.
·        Be involved in jungle hiking & river swimming.
·        Participate in providing church service.
·        Spend a number of afternoons at the beach.
·        Assist in areas affected by recent hurricanes.
·        Kayak at the world famous bioluminescent bay.
March 24:       Return to O’Hare International Airport in Chicago
